A Message from Mrs. Porsch
As the saying goes, "April showers bring May flowers," and we've certainly been seeing plenty of those spring showers!
While the weather fluctuates, please make sure all outerwear is labeled with your child's name.
We are looking forward to a fun and engaging month ahead, including a special worm visitor on April 15 that the children are sure to enjoy.
In celebration of Earth Day, we will also be observing caterpillars as they transform into butterflies!
This is a wonderful hands-on way for our students to witness the magic of nature.
Thank you for being part of our school community as we welcome the beauty of spring together!

From the Heart:
I have created a disaster of epic proportions. It’s 499.96 GB to be exact. It’s causing strife in my marriage, joking not joking. What is the root of my evil? What is my fatal flaw? Pictures, lots and lots of pictures.
Connection. Connection is everything, whether it’s a really big moment or a super small one. My grandmother’s lucky number was 103. Because of this, everyday at 1:03 my son texts my mom and in return, she sends him a screen grab of what she’s doing. Connection.
I texted my husband today and he was typing me the exact same thing at the exact same time. He was “dot dotting me.” Connection.
Inside jokes. Even the lingo IYKYK implies connection. We need it, want it, and are better off for having it.
Why did I choose PWPS? Connection.
Getting back to my original thought, for me, pictures = connection. They are the bridge to my past and my memories.
In order to stay connected, I may have sacrificed every bit of storage on my computer to make calendars, memory books, coasters, and keepsakes.
I feel connected to everything… except my hard drive.
Hug your littles - and your computer’s storage - because it all goes by too fast.
